**CORONAVIRUS – School Closures**

Assuming everyone has seen the news tonight. Although we were beginning to expect it, as a staff we’re taking some time to process our thoughts, read additional guidance and consider our plan of action but the main thing you need to know at this time is we will pull together to support each other through this. At the moment we have more questions than we have answers but we will be focusing our attention during the next two days on finding the best possible solutions to problems that we’ve never faced before.

We are extremely lucky to have a hard-working, caring staff at Stanley Crook Primary as well as wonderfully supportive parents and an outstanding governing body. Last but most definitely not least, we have the most amazing, resilient children that we are immensely  proud to teach. To quote Mr Christie, Together Everyone Achieves More and this is the time for us to do exactly that.

We will update further tomorrow when we have more information but if you have any questions at all, just ask.

For those of you at school tomorrow, we look forward to seeing you and for those not in school, take care and stay safe.

All of the staff at Stanley Crook Primary School.
