Pupil wellbeing and positive mental health has always been a priority at Stanley Crook Primary School. We pride our school on delivering a broad and effective range of provision to support children’s personal development.
Due to the demands of the COVID pandemic, provision around this area has been further enhanced to meet the challenges and needs of the children at school – as well as their families and wider community.
Provision is organised and lead by Mrs Martin (SENCO), Mrs Shields (KS1), and Mrs Kyle (KS2).
Please take time to view some examples of the types of provision and activities on offer at our school, which aim to support children’s mental health and wellbeing.
We are also proud to engage the children and Wellbeing Champions across school to write a monthly wellbeing newsletter. Copies of these newsletters are shared with children in school, their parents and are available to view.
