In Forest School today, we have learned all about caterpillars – we have discussed how a caterpillar changes into a butterfly or moth????. We talked about what they like to eat, where they live and how they cleverly protect themselves from predators.
We were even lucky enough to find three small caterpillars ????which we carefully observed and then returned back to their natural habitat. The children worked brilliantly in small groups to create some fantastic 3D caterpillar life cycles!
