Safer Internet Day in Team Donaldson! Children talked about the different things you can do online & what we can do to make sure we keep ourselves safe when we’re using the Internet. Children then thought about who we can ask for help if something worries us online -when we’re either at home or at school.
These are some of the top tips to help us stay safe online –
1. Keep your passwords safe – except from parents
2. Don’t talk to strangers
3. Tell an adult if you see something online that you are unsure of or if something worries you
4. Always ask before you download
5. Only say or share nice things – remember always be kind
Hopefully the children will be able to remember some of these important online safety rules!
