On Wednesday, I, along with Miss Williams and Mrs Corrigan, had the pleasure of accompanying our Year 6 pupils to Durham Cathedral to participate in the annual Year 6 Leavers’ Service. During the service, pupils from a number of primary schools across County Durham had the opportunity to celebrate and reflect on their achievements at primary school and look forward to their new beginning at their chosen secondary school in September. As always, the pupils were outstanding ambassadors for our school.
